There are three separate ID/AST dashboards provided in MYLA Lab Analytics: ID/AST analysis, organism occurrence, and MDRO phenotypes. The ID/AST analysis page gives a high-level overview of the ID/AST workflow, highlighting important information for workflow management like the number of ID tests, number of AST results, and susceptibility trends. The organism trends dashboard showcases key metrics like organism incidence by gender and age, and organism identifications per location and timeframe. The MDRO phenotype dashboard has information on MDRO trends and the number of organisms identified as MDROs.
