Note: Once the submit button is selected, an MRA (Return Material Authorization) form will be emailed back by bioMerieux to allow the return of each unit. Include a copy of the MRA form with each unit returned. The MRA form must be issued before any returns are accepted.

Please note a calibration can only be completed, on a functioning system with no physical damage. Upon receipt by our Repair Center, each unit will be inspected to determine if calibration can proceed as is, or if repairs are necessary before the unit(s) can be properly calibrated. Please note that units needing repair upon physical inspection, will receive that repair without additional notice to the customer. Pricing will be updated as follows:

  • Please be advised that units that require repair before calibration will be charged a total Calibration and Repair Price of $1,545. Expedited Calibration and Repair Price $2,317.
  • Units that only require calibration will be charged a total Calibration price of $800.00. Expedited calibrations will be charged $1,545.
