Through bioMérieux DIRECT, you are able to browse the online catalogue, utilize reordering functionality, review orders, view pricing, and request additional information on a 24/7 basis. By using bioMérieux DIRECT, customers can expect to save time and improve productivity by avoiding holding time on the phone, placing orders when it is most convenient, and having a 360° view on orders, which includes orders taken through other channels (e.g., fax, EDI, and phone).
